Ok, seems like something is wrong here. After I applied the RI I'm now getting an error from CA CursorRefresh method that this command cannot be issued in a transaction. I suppose, that trigger failed, but perhaps the error was eaten somehow and thus I received a different error.

Looks like I now have more troubles than before.

I also seem to have a different problem, which I remember seeing discussed, but don't recall a resolution. For some reason I can not delete the first record in a grid. In another words, I can, of course, delete it, but it remains visible. Looks like I also need to change form's Delete method...
