I have developed a Pocket PC app that interfaces with west-wind web connection. Web connection works on the server and communicates with the PPC front end using XML. The Company have about 25 sales people using it without any problem. They do invoices, debtor queries, Scehduling, Stock Enquires. It connects to the web using their Mobile Phones (GPRS).

I have also written a Voice XML Application for the same client using WWWC.
