We HAVE banned use of mobiles, 2 years ago. In fact the penalty has just been doubled. It makes my blood boil to see people still chatting away on them while making one-handed turns into busy roads. I've always wanted to slap mobies out of people's faces anyway. This makes me wanna make them eat them!
