I told that in this thread. Review. Our laws don't permit people if they aren't threatened. They should prove judges threat so judge may give them gun licence for have or carry. If you have only a gun owner licence, you cannot carry it only use in your home or office. If you proved you are under threat everwhere, you can have carry licence.

And taxes. We have heavy taxes if you can get licence. An university student cannot pay gun taxe in there.
