That was why I cried 'Big Brother.' More in jest than reality, although it is indeed a right taken away in the ever growing government control and oversight debacle. It is one more right taken away (and indeed not the most important). My biggest concern really is the whittling away of our Bill of Rights by the current administration. I keep posting that and it amazes me that most Americans (both online and those I meet) don't see what a threat that is.

For my money, the fact that the government is watching everything we do, tapping into emails, phone calls, whisking people off the street and holding them incommunicado and all of that is far more big brotherish than merely not allowing some wacko to own a gun.
