BTW there are a lot of other tools which could do that for your. One comes to my mind is TOAD for SQL Server. BUT because I just try it not use it for my everyday job, I am not sure if you could open table for edit. But with it you easily can sort and group the query results. They have free version also, not sure what it could do, but you could download it and play with it (I definately would do this if I have some time)
