I would be very interested to hear details of the problems you ran into. FWIW, I have used the VFP OLEDB driver successfully in a .NET VS2005 Web app with a fairly complex business object/data object architecture and did not run into any major problems at all.

The business scenario of this app *required* that we talk to the VFP data because the same data was shared by an existing Web Connection app and could not be migrated to a SQL backend at this time.

Of course, I'm not a .NET expert, so maybe I didn't understand the problems that I didn't run into. :-)

Care to share some details?
