What is the Customer Advisory Board -- a group of customers who advise Microsoft? Who is the person on that board who said that and is that person a Microsoft employee? Who "quoted" the person saying that? Is there a link to the comments?

I really can't comment without more info, except to say that some people are less diplomatic than others in their statements.
