But it could be that something else "uninstalls" it, possible? This ActiveX is used by older version of Stonefield Reports I am using. I'm not sure which application would be uninstalling ComDlg32.ocx. Could it be a slightly different problem with licensing which appears when you try to use some unsubclassed ActiveX?
