Thanks All, I found an alternative to do it. Although not good enough, successful work!

That is, I make a template file and put it to all client PC when install!

Then, I Code:

oWord.FileNew('ndFax.dot') && <== This can open a new file with template!

Then, I don't waste too much time to make some pre-formating text and
simple fill in blanks.... ^_~

I wonder using StartOfLine() and LineUp() are very powerful and without wrong putting on filling!! ~_^
