1. AFAIK, The Cancel button cannot be hidden w/o hiding the progressbar.
2. You can hide file name by adding FOF_SIMPLEPROGRESS flag. See Re: How to receive progress update during COPY FILE TO ? Message #793756 for the list of all flags.
