Are you seeing anything I'm writing? Ok, one more time. The past should mean nothing. Everybody who wants to buy a gun should have to go through training, evaluation (psychological), and licensing. If you are unstable now, you don't get a gun.

I'm sorry that some innocent person might get misread and be barred from buying a gun, but anything that might at least be a step toward keeping guns out of the hands of the likes of Cho is worth it, imho.
