What is the problem. I had some strange things happen in a past life with stuff like Share.Exe. Do U have a virus? Is the VFP APP EXE corrupt. Did U completly delete VFP 3.0 before upgrading to 3.0b? (This was reported by someone on the thread a week or so ago)... More details may enable the team to help out. Steve
