Hello Emerson.

If you run Vista with Aero mode on then there is a type of theme that can be selected by the end-user. While running Aero, right-click the desktop and choose Personalize. Then choose the first option "Window Color and Appearence". This will now show you a different screen than if you were not running Aero. Under this "Aero" version dialog you can choose a theme colour for your Windows, Start Menu, and the Taskbar. You can even choose a colour theme of your own.
