Technically, I don't think it's funny because the 2nd in command of our country is a total lunatic. Even Brent Scowcroft said in his interview a couple yrs ago that he doesn't know Cheney anymore.

But the fact is the USA has participated in torture over the last several yrs, and where our nation hasn't participated, we've purposefully sent innocent victims to countries like Egypt, Syria, etc, where they can be "legally" tortured.

This rendition has been occurring for a number of yrs dating back several presidents. But it's been elevated to an art form by our current "leader".
