www.allofmp3.com. AFAIK, it's legal due to some loophole in Russian law. I have yet to see any sort of official notice that it is illegal in the US.
It sounds like it's on shaky legal grounds due to BearShare's own web site. I would be surprised if much of the music on the site was uploaded by the copyright holder.
