How to share/exclude apps for XP users?

I wondered when I posted if "Renoir" would show up. <bg> Actually, it's "Jay" and "Jay Johengen."

Yeah, isn't it kind of annoying that there is no way to handle this? I thought of the Start Menu option, but was hoping that there was something cleaner that would actually remove from the registry, etc.
