Hi Barbara,
To confirm Nancy's findings I tried minimizing a form and then clicking the 'X' the .QueryUnload fired. I also tried minimizing the form, making another form active and the clicking the 'X' of the minimized form and the .QueryUnload fired. In my form classes .QueryUnload I have only the following code:
NODEFAULT
THIS.FormCleanup
In each form I put the necessary cleanup code in the .FormCleanup. The only thing I can think of suggesting right now, if you don't have it already, is to put NODEFAULT before any code you have in the .QueryUnload. HTH
