actually that is the code i have, nothing else, no on error nothing
i know i dont need the set excl on, but i put it in regardless,

i do get an error if i execute the program twice though.

the funny thing is that the program works sometimes and sometimes it does not, so i am at a loss here to understand which direction to go to debug.

also in case it helps the tables shows up as read write
