We used SFTP activeX component from Eldos. At first were some troubles
(stemming from vfp COM) which I could resolve with the Eldos people.
There is a slowed down version available for trial.

They also have FTPS, other related tools and an upgrade possibility to Dotnet.
Not as good as DBI in testing with vfp, but willing to resolve problems if you
help them with info about our tool. Just make sure if anything is missing by
testing with the free (slower) test suite.
