To add to what Jerry said, some common apps like Word97 and Excel97 are over 5 MBs now, so 4 is no big deal. Also, before you build final exe you should pack your class libs, and you can also reduce exe by removing reports from project if you keep them there - I picked up about 1 MB savings from that in current app...
