Thanks for your response. The program is located in "Program Files". We would prefer to not change the name to setup.exe since that is what shows up in Task Manager when the application is running. For now, we are looking into any implications of using Tore's suggestion of changing the called EXEs to APPs.

Also, you can try naming your current launcher as Setup.exe or maybe SetupLauncher.exe. The UAC will prompt the user maybe, but this can make it work based on some latest discussions here.
