Major problem is not technical. We have to pay using Credit Card. Some Customers have never used a Credit Card on net. In some cases we have to register for them etc.
On the techincal side, we can't setup printing for pre-printed stationary as easily as we can do for a DMP. Next, is lack of support for fast DOS printing on a DMP ( Laptop not having a parallel port ). Driver problem with some printers.
But, once it is set, it does work well.
