I have a routine that is copying/resizing over 200K images/records. I'm getting an error on only one of them. The error

Error: _GDIPlUS_NOGDIPOBJECT_LOC

I've looked at that method in the VCX. It results when This.gdipHandle==0.

Does anyone know where gdip.Handle gets assigned in that class?
