There wasn't any discernable detail. I ran the script in query analyzer and then changed the app.config file to reflect it had already been run. All is OK, but can't tell you what caused it. The SA password was Ok and access outside the sample was ok, so don't know. Anyway it isn't a big deal as I could get around it.
