Forms & Form designer
If you have an error logging procedure, having the same name for a form in the name property could be confusing as the methods are referred to with the form name.
I typically set the .Name property to the same name as the file name. This makes it easy to identify which form is the listed in an error log. I also have a custom property "FormName" that is also set to the file name. This is for some instances that I have to name the form instance .Name property at run-time. This is for managing multiple instances of the same form file at run-time (I have a collection class that manages the open forms and it is indexed by the form.Name property).
