I bought a Vista notebook a few weeks ago and so far, have found one really great thing. When I hook up to a projector, the machine helps me configure appropriately. In XP, I had a lot of trouble using projectors.

Obviously, this isn't an issue for most people, but it's a big plus for me. For now, though, my production machine is staying at XP.
