VideoChat software: http://www.oovoo.com/ www.eyeballchat.com www.camfrog.com and now skype has built in video chat too. There is also all the typical IM's that support it now like yahoo and MSN - however those dont seem to work as well as some of the others.
Where it gets tricky is if you want to have more than two people in a video chat at the same time - are you going to be wanting that ability?
