I did not disable it?

I have a very small DB with 2 fields per record. One is a City code, one is a City name. I copy the DB to an array in the Init of the form.

I used Builder to make a Combo Box with the array as it's RowSource and Type. I don't show the 1st column which is City codes, I only show the 2nd column which is City names. But I do save the City code into a record of another DB.

Any ideas why the Combo Box is grayed-out and won't let me use it?
