Hi Cetin

>>> #define SW_SHOWMINIMIZED 2
>>> #define SW_SHOWMAXIMIZED 3
>>> #define SW_MAXIMIZE 3

Are the nos. wrong? 2 followed by 3 and 3, should they be 1, 2 and 3?

>No need to try to reproduce. win32api calls are case sensitive and ShowWindow is a reserved keyword in VFP. That's why I used "as". In intellisense there are other beautify errors so to prevent such errors I use 'No change' for keyword and variable names.

I will keep this in mind. Thanks.

>I think that's because you removed the if part claiming you didn't need it:) Restores on my system.

No I hadn't removed any code, what I had meant that the if condition was (probably) not executing that is the reason why the compile error hadn't troubled me at run time (the compile error in regards to Alias instead of As).

Nevertheless I copied you code as is and pasted, still the minimize -> restore does not work for me. Probably something in my setup, I use W2K Prof.

Thanks a lot for your help.
Regards
Bhavbhuti
