Of course, you could program something in Visual FoxPro - you would do this with a Timer object, that regularly checks whether it is time to do something, or that is set up, from the beginning, to fire once at the desired time.

But this would require some programming, and a program that is running all the time.

All in all, I consider the option pointed out by Sergey as superior, and that is what I use myself.
