I always create a .\stuff subdirectory, where all these one-timers and one-form builders go. Recently I had one form with about 300 controls - I wrote 6-7 builders for that one, which can't really be used anywhere else.
One of the base checks is to see whether there's anything from stuff directory in the project. If any of those veer into the real world, weed 'em.
