I emailed Andy and heard back from him already. Here is what he said.

He said first of all that he is not involved with running the site. He then said the reason you were kicked is that you were repeatedly warned not to reference other sites and chose to ignore those warnings. I happen to agree with you that solutions are solutions and no one should be parochial about who said what where. Nonetheless, Foxite has the same right as any other group to make its own rules. You chose not to abide by those rules.
