Who in particular should I now contact and what should I write?

As I said, I wrote to Eric, I wrote to Ken, I wrote to Andy. I made an apology and never got a reply from either of them. I do not want to beg them to allow to use this site and it now looks like I am begging. Yes, I do want to use the site as well as I want to be helpful, but there is a limit of how many times I can apologize.
