In addition to what others have said, the only real issue is how to do a "right click"

I find some of the standard controls a bit small for fingers so I have my own class of option buttons and check boxes and try to stay away from combo boxes. I use a lot of grids but I have designed a set of buttons to do the scrolling rather than trying to hit the tiny arrows and thumb channel in the scroll bars.

So , in short, yes VFP does touchscreens but you may have to rethink the use of some controls.
