>This may be a Word (2000) issue, but I need to suppress the Confirm Data Source window in a merge document and default it to use Foxpro. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks!

Using word for merges with VFP8 and 9 can be a real horror show. I went through it to the point that I finally took Cetin's suggestion and stopped trying. I now save the information I need to merge into a text file and Word has no problems with it. The only problem with that, of course, is that memo fields aren't allowed.

Every time MS brings out a new version of Office, it creates a headache for VFP.

One thing you might try is to copy the table you need to access to Fox2x type and send that to Word for merging. I couldn't make that work reliably either with Word 2002, but it might still work with Word 2000.
