I understand what you're saying here and I think I have also read what you're referring to. But he was also explicitly using the word "Advertising". He doesn't want Naomi to do "advertising" for the UT on the MSDN forum.

I guess that he wouldn't suddenly allow "advertising" if the search engine of the UT gave better or full power to everyone, even to non-paying members. That would imply an unusual definition of the word.
