You need to adjust the security settings. You can create a .msi for the security:
-Start the "Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 configuration" (mscorcfg.msc)
-Under "My computer", select "Configure Code Access Security Policy"
-Select "Create Deployment Package". This will create a .msi that you can include in your deployment package.
