That seems strange to me since my application does not give me any errors if I don't use any ON ERROR statement or extra code in the error event. Only if I use an ON ERROR DO SOMETHING does it fire when I try to USE a table without the CDX. But it sounds like what you are saying is the exact opposite, that if you DON'T use ON ERROR DO SOMETHING or put code in the ERROR EVENT it fires. Is that right? Also I don't use a prg for my error routine but rather a different form with code in the Init and Activate. Do you think a PRG would act differently?

I personally am wondering if this is a VFP bug...

>I have 2 error handlers. One is in FrameWork (or this could be in the form Error Method) The Other is an ON ERROR, pointer to the .prg If the ON ERROR statement is not used, then the cdx error displays a FoxPro base error screen (Cancel, Ignore, Suspend) If the ON ERROR statement is used, the cdx error does not go to the .prg error handler, but instead goes to the FrameWork error handler.
