I certainly understand the wish to get more info without too much unneccesary work yourself - and reading a page again only to find out nothing is changed is "unneccessary" in my book. But I think the main point is to get the product finished. There are changes visible in the website (Hint: look for guidelines for contributors), so they are also working on the documentation side...

Perhaps putting the web sites into a totally wiki approach (with some pages left fully under Etec control, some pages editable to interested helpers) might give some change tracking via "recently changed pages" to cut down on the time needed to find out new features/developments for each visitor while automating a large part of the effort away on the authors side. Anything syphoning time regularly should be put on the back burner - typical programmer and not marketing thinking on my part<g>.
