I use one I really like called "Agent Ransack" ... you can find it here:
http://www.mythicsoft.com/agentransack/Page.aspx?page=downloadHowever, I'm not sure if the downloaded .exe is a self-extracting zip or if it's an actual installer. It's been a while since I've downloaded it. But even if it *is* an installed app, it's pretty light-weight.

http://www3.sympatico.ca/paulscott/find.htm, but unfortunately it has it's own properties dialog box. Haven't found any other that is simple, all have fancy installers and interfaces which is not required.
