After all of your help, I only one have combo box problem remaining.

As you recall, I have a 2 column combo box, created using Builder. The first column is city names, the second column is city name code.
I choose city names from the combo box dropdown list and save the second column citynamecode in mytable.citynamecode that corresponds to the full city name.

Now I have to know if there is a way to access the city name code from mytable.citynamecode and have it automatically display in the combo box as full city name when I go to the top of the mytable and SKIP through the table
