Well, they haven't been very nice to you, have they ?

But look at it this way ...
- some people complain
- site owner takes action (under kind-of-emotional pressure) I do not think that many people complained, just a few that the site owner respects.
- you have been apologizing, pleading, etc to get back in for quite some time now. To no avail

If the site owner lets you back in then (1) he must confront the - anonymous - people that have complained, and (2) letting you back in is saying as much as 'I have been wrong'. Not many people can say they have been wrong. Seems that is hard for the ego

So, what are the odds they let you back in ?
