I think you misplaced the closing endif.

E.g. it should be
if MyFirstConditon
   do something
else
   =messagebox(...)
   return .f.
endif

if another condition
   do more work
else
  =messagebox()
  return .f.
endif
Then something and more work would be done only if both MyFirstCondition and Another Condition would be true.

But actually your statements are all wrong. Can you tell in English what you're trying to check and do?
