I am trying to make a web service call to the following WSDL file from within vfp 9.0.

https://compass.dmv.state.ny.us/sst/runtime.asvc/com.actional.soapstation.PREED_Trans__Test_AccessPoint?WSDL

in vfp under tools/task pane I registered the above service.
when I try to test the service it seems like the parameter that the service
accepts is limited and only accepts up to a certain # of characters. The soap transaction that I am trying to pass to it has alot more that 20 or so characters. This is the first web service I am trying to call so I have no idea what I am doing wrong ?

I would appreciate any help anyone could provide
