There is plenty of room on the Taskbar, but it only allows 3 icon before the 4th one goes into the dropdown (dropup?) to save space. >No, this is different (I think). I'm talking about the QuickLaunch, immediately next to the Start button in the bottom left corner. To the right of QuickLaunch is what I believe you're referring to. That has to do with the current open windows; if 3 IE windows are open, it will group them. The QuickLaunch is used to start programs. Keeps your desktop clean.
