That sounds like a real pain in the neck. Inheritance is one of the things I really like about Visual FoxPro...well actually there are a lot of things I really like about Visual FoxPro :-)
With VFP, is someone decides the need a change that will affect 40 or 50 screens (forms), in my app, it's little or no problem. I just go back to my base class for that screen (form), and make the change one time. I'm done in a couple of minutes. From what you're telling me, if I understand correctly, in VB you'd have to change each and every screen (form)....That could take hours/days!
