I see it better now. I guess by calls you didn't mean the phone calls, but rather actual visits, so we can find the best algorithm (shortest way). Am I correct now?

If yes, it's a very interesting problem, but I never tried to solve it before and I'm afraid I don't have enough math knowledge to solve it. I would think, that even when I was a student in Polytech University this problem would be too hard for me.
