I think you would need to use RichText control for that. (Again seems to be already discussed Re: How to highlight selected text in rich edit Thread #841487 Message #841507) Other alternative would be to create an HTML and display it in Web Browser control. (Looks like this is not my idea, BTW - Re: Highlight the word after search Thread #1024824 Message #1024855)

You also may try to do this with a grid and DynamicFontBold property.
