I answered very similar question quite recently with a link to Craig Boyd's message. But now I can not find the link or my message with a link <g>

I need to concentrate on work for a moment, will do search at home.

UPDATE. Found that message Re: Resizing Docked Form's Height Programmatically Thread #1017705 Message #1018020 but I don't think it would help here.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
